                                                       Team Super Freak

Members (from left): Me, Chelsey, and Zach

We all have been assigned a few roles. Chelsey was assigned the Producer role and the Content Developer/Writer role. Zach has been assigned the Graphic (Visual) Designer role and the End User role. I have been assigned the Content Expert/Client role, the Programmer role, the Project Manager role, and the Informational Architect role. As you can plainly see I will take a bigger part in the research/managing roles and the programmer roles.

I love to manage people and I love to program so I chose the roles I like and those roles I am also good at. I am looking forwad to just working with other people. You don't really get this opportunity in other classes. The greatest challenge is getting everyone together in this class at the same time. We plan to overcome this by just showing up as much as we can.

Game Idea

My groups game idea is about math and what addition is about.  Our basic idea of how this is going to work is that numbers are going to appear and if we don't type them in quickly these electronic towers won't work by powering them with electricity.
This is going to be able to train basic addition to people who have trouble adding numbers together. We might even put different difficulties in for people who know how and want a challenge and adding difficulties help improve reaction speed and attention span because it's a challenge. Once you master a level you can progress farther in the game.
I am most excited about the coding. I love problem solving and figuring what is wrong when something is supposed to work.

Video-Games in my free time.

I play alot of video-games in my free time. I play any game that comes my way and I play it until I can't be beat. Some games are really challenging because many other people have the same goal as me. The Call of Duty Series for example. I have to be better than two-million other gamers and that is an impossible struggle.
I love any Final Fantasy game to date. In my opinion reply value and gameplay length is very high on my list and these games supply it everytime. Graphics don't matter when it comes to me. Why play a game with a three hour story and breathtaking graphics when you can play a sixty hour story with a breathtaking storyline and alright graphics.

This is an example of a Final Fantasy game.

Which genre is the best for me.

I believe the action genre is the best for me. Action games tend to be the general type I like. Some of the games I played in the action genre were amazing and would be something like I would do. I especially liked the game where you travel through time while learning about it all the while. I am most interested in it.

Here is an example of an action game.
Sonic the Hedgehog
Here is a different example.
Assassin's Creed 2

Why privacy is Important

Privacy is important. You should never put your last name! The information is easily visible to anyone in the world. You should be careful and make precautions against this! You also should never tell them your street address or even just your street! Keep everything private!

Here is a hyperlink about my favorite game. Final Fantasy 7

What I expect to get out of the class.

My favorite game in the world

I hope to get alot of thing in this class. I want to increase my computer skills, learn how to design games, and make more friends. I may be amazing at computers but their is so much more to learn. Since the class is called Game Design I expect to get something related to game design. It's pretty self explanatory. In the future I want to work with the big companies designing the top games but for now I want to make something to help people. Maybe a spelling or maybe something to do with grammar. I'm most excited about the design part but I'm also scared about falling behind.
